Mike Pusateri, Founder, CEO

Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Mike is an entrepreneur at heart, with his first venture in business at age 11 and his first patent application at age 17.  Since, Mike has built an impressive 15-year career in sales, marketing and business management, including successes in the healthcare technology sector where he consistently grew his business 20%+ year after year.

Mike founded Bent Pixels in 2009, reaching profitability . The business continues to expand rapidly, with 2100+ video content partners on multiple networks and brand partners that attracts over 5 billion annual video views and 10,000,000+ unique viewers per month.

Mike is proud to hold a degree in business and strategic management from California State University, Chico, and currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and two children.  Mike volunteers his time each week to The Shade Tree, a Las Vegas shelter for women and children.  Mike also financially supports The Prosthetic Outreach Foundation, which provides comprehensive prosthetics assistance to a remote Haitian community Cap-Haitian including prosthetics, education, local training and most importantly quality artificial limbs.

Marty Cordova, Partner, COO

Marty Cordova’s professional career began in Major League Baseball, where over ten years he earned rookie of the year recognition (1995) and a career batting average of .274, with 122 home runs and 540 RBIs.  His roles with four teams - Minnesota Twins, Toronto Bluejays, Cleveland Indians and Baltimore Orioles - took him across the country and one international border.

For the last 20+ years Marty has built a career in commercial/residential real estate development and banking while sidelining as a pro sports commentator.  He hosts an ESPN radio show with DeMarco Murray of the Dallas Cowboys, broadcasts regularly for ESPN and Fox radio as an MLB insider. Marty’s extensive and broad connections with professional sports include working closely with Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships).

Joining Bent Pixels in 2010 as COO, Marty has worked tirelessly to build the company into a leading online entertainment platform.  His focus has been on network and partner management by guiding our technical team, while also expanding the company’s relationships with pro athletes and professional sports teams.

When he is not enjoying time with his daughter Ashley, Marty spends his free time serving the Las Vegas community and his high school alma mater Bishop Gorman, volunteering for causes including Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Clubs and the Salvation Army, and coaching youth football.

Ole Morten Heggebakken Amundsen, Partner, CTO

From the Bent Pixels Oslo office, Ole specializes in agile and lean approaches to software.  A leader in Norway’s software development community, for the past five years he has co-organized the largest annual agile software conference in northern Europe, including the inaugural event.  He has applied his methodology-- technology, database and language choices aimed at fostering organizational agility and efficiency--for Bent Pixels, creating impressive systems in little time with limited resources and few people.  His work includes Bent Pixel’s proprietary Video Identification & Monetization (VIM) software.

With a background as a developer in Java and .Net, Ole now codes using the Ruby on Rails web framework, keeping his skills razor-sharp with daily practice.  When not working, he stays fit with soccer, relaxes with his wife and newly born son.

Anthony Bonifazio, Partner

Anthony Bonifazio brings over 17 years’ experience in sales, marketing, leadership development, and strategic planning to the Bent Pixels team, including more than a dozen years at Genentech, one of the world’s foremost biotech companies.  His work there focused on strategic business issues related to hospital systems, and included extensive commercial product launch experience in three different therapeutic areas.  Anthony has built and led regional and national sales teams to support market adoption of new products, obtaining top 15% sales excellence in his franchise six years running. 

With a background in sports--NCAA football and baseball for the University of Arizona and Fresno State University, and play in minor league baseball--Anthony has also consulted in the sports entertainment and marketing arena for brands such as the UFC and Shaq Entertainment.

Anthony holds a BS in Sports Therapy and Medicine, and lives near Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and four children.
